Vermont Recreational Marijuana Bill Passed By State Representatives

Vermonts Governor is about to sign a bill allowing recreational marijuana by legalizing cannabis, Vermont is the first state to approve recreational marijuana through the house of representatives rather than a voter driven ballot initiative. Vermont's Republican governor Phil Scott said he'll sign the bill into law.
